Synopsis:
Deep in the mountains, in an old, abandoned church, eight fugitives are hiding. They are not thieves, murderers, or terrorists; their one crime is dissent. For these refugees are living in a time of persecution; a time when all questions of heaven and earth are answered by the state, and all opposers disappear. And they are not alone; they are about to be joined by friends and enemies, whose intentions they cannot guess and whose motives they cannot fathom. Faith and survival must work hand in hand.
And death wants the last word.
